The BTM Motor Control Center (MCC) is a solution for managing and controlling motors in different environments. Designed to meet the demands of Industry 4.0, the MCC provides safety, reliability, and flexibility in operations, enabling intelligent and efficient motor management, from conventional starting to advanced automated systems.

Technical Specifications

Features

  1. Temporary grounding
    Offers the possibility of temporary grounding during maintenance, providing greater safety for operators.

  2. Total user safety
    The panel includes additional locks and protections, which ensure total safety during operation, preventing improper maneuvers.

  3. Separate control and power circuits
    Circuits installed in different compartments according to voltage level.

  4. Temperature monitoring (optional)
    Allows real-time temperature monitoring, ensuring greater safety and preventing failures due to overheating.

  5. Construction form up to form 4B (optional)
    The modular panel construction can go up to form 4B, offering maximum separation, organization of components and continuity of services, ensuring flexibility and safety.

  6. Main bus expansion (optional)
    Enables the expansion of the main bus, facilitating future system expansions without major changes.

  7. Outdoor use (IP54) (optional)
    Available with protection up to IP54 for outdoor use, ensuring resistance against dust and water jets, ideal for challenging environments.

  8. Fixed and withdrawable versions (optional)
    It can be supplied in fixed or withdrawable versions, allowing maneuvers with the door open or closed, according to operational needs.

  9. Starting configurations (optional)
    Supports a wide variety of configurations, such as direct start, reversible start, soft start with soft starter and inverters, suitable for conventional and automated systems (smart MCCs).

  10. Compatible with Industry 4.0 (optional)
    The panel is compatible with leading Industry 4.0 technology manufacturers, having been tested and designed to integrate seamlessly with these systems.

  11. Arc flash protection (optional)
    It features advanced arc flash protection systems, offering greater safety and reliability in critical operations.

  12. Risk classification by incident energy (optional)
    Preparation of a study and calculation report for risk classification and specification of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). 

  13. Classification for application in seismic activity zones. (optional)
    Preparation of a study and calculation report for the application of the panel in areas subject to seismic activity.
